Artpush exists to promote and support the arts and artists through programs and events that enhance and strengthen the local community. We are committed to creating a safe creative space for all, and to helping artists thrive while bringing art to the people.
How we do it
ARTPUSH holds monthly ‘open studio’ events in Alameda, California and the East Bay as well as regular skill development workshops. Now in the fifth year, the annual Alameda Summer Art Fair and Maker Market showcases local visual and performing artists.
By promoting and sponsoring art activities in partnership with local groups, organizations, and business, ARTPUSH strengthens a sense of well being at the individual levels as well as building cohesive relationships among community members of diverse backgrounds and ethnicity.
